 Good DealAug 30, 2010
I bought some tv season dvds of shows I never saw to get me through the summer re-run season. I'm over halfway through this one and I'm enjoying it. I'm surprised, because I wasn't sure about buying it. The story sounded a bit far out, but I love Mandy Patinkin's acting. so I took the chance. I'm glad I did, it's quite entertaining.

I just saw this show for the first time on Netflix a few weeks ago, and was instantly hooked. The dark humor drew me in unlike any other sit-com I've ever seen. I just had to have it. And at the price of less than $50 for 2 seasons and the movie, you really can't go wrong! I'm already watching it for the third time over from teh beginning again~ just can't get enough laughs from this!

This is the worst set I have ever bought, disk 2 doesn't play all of the second episode and none of three. Disk four doesn't play at all. Total waste of money.

Absolutely love all of it! I was very sorry that the series ended. This was an excellent program. It seems that if anything is really of value, it goes away. I was a very big fan. Mandy P. always leaves the really fine programs that he is associated with, which is sad, because he is such a fine performer.

I have never seen Dead Like Me on TV before. So, when my friends recommended me to watch it on Netflix, I liked it so much, I bought the DVD! It's a very interesting show, and the cast is amazing. The reason I'm giving a 4 stars is because the studio could have done better with the packaging, and perhaps provide a booklet on the entire show.
